I spent a good part of my career in tech, and stepping into people management was one of the most confronting things I've ever done professionally. It pushed me further out of my comfort zone than I expected and turned out to be one of the best things that ever happened to me. My favorite part of that job was watching people move through self doubt to finding their confidence and succeeding. Like many I was laid off and I found myself in that familiar and uncomfortable place of uncertainty. I was not quite sure who I was outside of that role or where I was headed next.
That feeling became my compass and following it led me to step into coaching professionally. I've since received my certification from the Lumia coaching program and I'm working towards further credentials with the International Coaching Federation. Given that you're here, chances are good that you're ready to take those first steps yourself. I'd love to be part of that journey, wherever you are going.

a bit about me
For a long time, life felt like something that happened to me rather than something I was actively living. That changed right as I turned forty. It wasn't gentle and certainly not on my schedule. Rude, right?
What followed was equal parts humbling and necessary. I learned
a lot about myself, not all of it flattering and some of it genuinely surprising in the best way. Navigating that kind of change as a neurodivergent person added its own particular spiciness to the process. I've moved countries alone, navigated the wilds of online dating, rebuilt things I thought were permanent, and let go of things
I thought I needed. None of it was linear and all of it was worth it.
